By using TappedIn you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use TappedIn
You must be of legal drinking age where you live (21+ in the United States). You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
Your content
You own what you post: prices, videos, captions, comments, photos and messages. By posting, you give TappedIn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it within the app so the service can work, for example to show your price on a bar's chart. You can delete your account at any time.
Rules
Don't post anything that is false on purpose, illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't encourage excessive or underage drinking, impersonate others, spam, or try to break or misuse the service. Prices should be real prices you saw.
Moderation
You can report videos and block users in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and admins may remove price entries that aren't accurate. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
Prices are user-reported
Prices and happy hours come from users and may be wrong or out of date. Always check with the bar. TappedIn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Drink responsibly
TappedIn is for finding good deals, not for drinking more. Never drink and drive.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TappedIn isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use TappedIn means you accept the updated terms.
